Ask if it is a house or a modular home before you compare prices. Both sell here.
Good when you want space and you will be here more than one winter.
Will pulls live Timberlea solds and walks you through two or three that fit the same need, so you can feel the gap.

Timberlea has public and Catholic schools for every age. Timberlea Public School opened in 1988. St. Anne opened in 1983 and St. Martha in 2006. École McTavish and Holy Trinity Catholic High School both opened in 2011. Boundaries change, so check with each school board for your street before you buy.

Houses, townhouses, condos, and modular homes. Ask which one you are looking at before you compare prices. Do not price a modular home like a house.
